1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Arvora AI Studio ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
2. Description of Service
Arvora AI Studio provides AI-powered image generation tools including text-to-image generation, festival card creation, product card creation, custom model training, and related creative services. Features and availability may change without notice.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and update it as needed.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no refunds for the remaining period.
5. Token & Usage System
Tokens and generation limits are reset each billing cycle for active subscriptions. Unused tokens do not roll over to the next cycle. Token consumption varies by feature and model complexity as specified in the Platform.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others' intellectual property. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of images you generate. You grant Arvora AI Studio a license to store and process your content solely to provide the service. The Platform, its code, design, and underlying technology are our proprietary intellectual property.
8. Limitation of Liability
Arvora AI Studio is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and generated content. We recommend downloading your work regularly.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. Any legal action must be brought within one year of the claim arising.
